[redacted] came in for a Snap membership, we did a family add on to ***'s account [redacted] paid enrollment, keycard activation, prorated dues for June(days),he got a week free and his total for joining was $54.00, His first bill was July 1st as per the agreement signed by [redacted] He never paid that, as courtesy our fantastic manager Dennis gave him July for freeHis next bill was Aug 1stHis credit card bouncedWe emailed, texted and called [redacted] Not once did he ever come to the gym or called the gym to cancel his membershipOur system will keep billing you because thinks you are still a member until you give us days noticeYou signed a month to month membership with days notice required to end your membershipPlease note the agreement that [redacted] initialed the days notice, the $NSF, and the Month to month agreementWe even waived your NSF fee for August 1st billing [redacted] lied to us and scammed us and is now bad mouthing usHe is banned from Snap Fitness
The business is shady and has poorly trained employeesIt is not my fault the business has incompetent personnel that can't close an account after being told to do soThere are tons of complaints against Snap fitnessBanned from snap fitness? What a joke the owner is franchisee and I would never return or recommend this shady business to anyoneFull of complaints online, has low yelp rating, the guy is simply a dirtbagThe gym is barely surviving they can't even turn on the AC and instead have old dirty fans blowing stinky air aroundThe bank already sided with me and refunded me the moneySnap fitness in VOC will be closed soon anyways the guy's business is floundering and he resorts to stealing and fraud
