Review: I know that customer service in Spokane is not the greatest but snap fitness is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I purchased a three month coupon for this gym that was not a term contract. 40 bucks for three months. now [redacted] the owner of this horrible establishment is charging me late fees and absolutely will not work with me. I try to call and speak to him or his associates and all they do is tell me that I owe them $30 and late fees if I don't pay then hang up. YES they seriously hang up one me. I asked [redacted] the owner to just act like a human and work with me, hey says $30 and hangs up. I even told him I would report them with the Revdex.com and post reviews because of the way they are acting, same response. he laughed and said the Revdex.com cant effect him and that he can do what he wants, then click. horrible business.......Desired Settlement: A huge decrease in customers to the point that nick has to file for bankruptcy and looses everything. he needs a reality check, and so do his employees.

On October 10th 2013, [redacted] purchased a Groupon coupon for $39.95 for 3 months. He was informed on 10/10/13 that this coupon with SNAP Fitness NTSQ would be a 3 month trial with a start date of 10/10/13 and will end on Jan 10th, 2014. [redacted] NSF on 1/10/14 for the pro-rated dues of $28.35. However, if the Groupon member does not cancel their membership 30 days prior to their date there membership will roll into a month to month membership at snap.

Per SNAP Fitness corporate cancellation policy any member would need to sign a cancellation letter on 12/10/13 for the 30 day notice. This information was also written out for [redacted] for a clear explanation and signed by [redacted] stating if he does not provide SNAP with a written termination letter on or before 12/10/13 (30 days prior to his 3 month trial ending) his account will be charged for the prorated amount of $28.35 for the date of 1/11/14 - 1/31/14, and his membership would then roll into a month to month contract with monthly dues of $39.95. Furthermore, [redacted] also signed our Membership Agreement with the monthly dues written on it and the dates his regular monthly dues will start. He was also informed there would be a $20 charge on his account should there any NSF should his automatic funds be declined. [redacted] signed this contract with his initials on each section explaining the following: NSF fees, Waiver of Injury/Claims, SNAP Fitness Guest policy, Member's right to Cancel, Cash payments & Membership freeze, also the Groupon Termination Policy. [redacted] was provided with copies of all of the policies including the Groupon termination policy.

1/23/14 [redacted] was mailed a letter explaining he owes for the remaining month of January

1/28/14 [redacted] called and talked with our former closing staff who explained the 30 day policy to him and he started to yell at him stating his was "being ripped off and he wants [redacted] or [redacted] to call him back tomorrow)

On 1/29/13 [redacted] Asst. Manager called and left a VM him vm have form he signed agreeing to prorated amount of 28.35 for January following Groupon. Regular dues of 39.95 to begin 2/1. he owes for both of these. hlb ([redacted])

"[redacted] call me back swearing at me and calling me names. I apologized for him not understanding what he signed and told him I'd be happy to provide him with another copy of it. He threatened to "destroy the gym" and "slander us" on social media and report to Revdex.com.

He asked for the f$ing number to God Damn corp a$@hole. I told him he would have to look it up online because I was finished talking to him.

He called right back swearing again - and I hung up on him. hlb"

[redacted] proceeded to call back 10+ times there after. SNAP Staff would not talk with [redacted] there after because of his vulgar language abuse and it was difficult to talk to him while he would not let us explain his Groupon membership without being yelled/called names and threatened our facility. [redacted] proceeded to then turn his attention to Captain [redacted], my husband, who is not an acting manager at SNAP he is currently active duty military at FCAB. [redacted] explained that [redacted] was very irate over the phone while explaining the situation to him, because [redacted] is not an active manger he simply stated that he would have to look at his contract and would not be able to give him the proper information until he could see it. At that point [redacted] started to then threaten to ruin SNAP and destroy the facility. He became so irate and defensive, so much so [redacted] could not get a word in edgewise, he then explained he would have end this conversation because he was going to be treated rudely on the phone. [redacted] ended the conversation. [redacted] then began to call and text [redacted] numerous times with threatening messages. (Which were printed and sent to the police for the report filed) The complained to the Revdex.com against [redacted] regarding the phone is a false actuation.

Because [redacted] threatened our facility to destroy it, [redacted] called [redacted] SNAP's landlord and explained the situation. [redacted] recommended was file a restraining order and contact the security to add extra patrols around SNAP. Staff became worried he might come and hurt them at SNAP, security was added to extra patrols from the security already in place at North Town Square (NTSQ) and [redacted] filed a police report #[redacted]. [redacted]'s account was immediately terminated due to his behavior and for SNAP's staff safety.

[redacted] was sent a letter (Which is attached to this email) explaining the dues he was to pay by March 7th 2014. He was also informed to mail in the money due to staff safety and concern, and only to email if he has any questions. [redacted] then called my husband 3 times in 2 minutes on his cell phone. [redacted] was not able to answer at the time and would not call him back due to his combative nature. [redacted] then called the gym 3 times within 2 minutes. Again staff did not feel comfortable to talk to [redacted] and they did not want to be threated rudely.

[redacted] filed a 2nd report with the police 2/19/14 for the harassment of SNAP staff.
