I am rejecting this response because:It is noted that nonpayment within a three month period does result in termination or "interruption" of membership. As seen within the membership freeze title in the first attachment, it insinuates that three months of non-payment results in termination of the account. Also, I have been told over the phone by the owner of the gym that three months of non-payment does result in "interruption" or rather termination of my membership, however now the owner is backtracking on his statement that he made over the phone. I have a witness who heard the speakerphone conversation on October 3, 2016 when the owner told me this. As seen in my second attachment, the payment history, I abandoned my membership with this location from June 1, 2016 to Sept. 14, 2016, which is over a three month period. Also, my membership had been terminated by this gym before because I did not pay my membership for several months. After this period of several months, in mid-September, this gym continued to take out over $119 from my visa, then they took out over another $47 a month later even though my membership was frozen.I want my money back that they took out after the three month period to be refunded to my visa account, and I also want my membership from October 3, 2016 onward to be terminated.
