I am rejecting this response because:
No phone call or email was ever made to me in the attempts I made to call and left voice messages. Had my calls been returned promptly I would have known that cancellation was required in writing. I retain my emails and do not have a single email until 4/2. Even since 4/2 the business has made no attempt to return my calls. Per their voicemail I sent a text requesting a phone call which was not done. No response from the business was received by me until I escalated my actions. This is clearly an attempt by the business to avoid cancellation of service. The business can check their access records to see that I have not used theirs or any other Snap location in many months. The Snap website states to contact the home location to cancel service. It does not stipulate it must be done in writing. I have attached a photo of the text requesting a phone call that was not honored. I request that they provide proof of there claimed email attempts.

Hi Revdex.com, We took a few days to look through all of our locations emails, voicemail records and any letters that have been delivered to our club required for membership cancellation. We attached a screenshot of our email conducting a search through all folders even the deleted files and it shows...

that through email Mr.[redacted] first contacted us regarding his membership on 4/2/18, which our staff replied to on 4/3/18. When we did a search for any voicemails that have been left from now 4/11/18 and dating back to 11/1/17 with the contact information Mr.[redacted] provided, the only voicemail Mr.[redacted] left for us was dated 4/2/18. Per Mr.[redacted] membership agreement dated 4/5/16. To cancel a membership, the member ([redacted]) must provide a handwritten letter to the facility requesting cancellation, which will take effect 30 days after the letter has been received. We have attached a copy of the cancellation section of the membership agreement. Mr.[redacted] never sent us the required letter to notify us of his cancellation request. And according to our documentation, we have not received anything from Mr.[redacted] until this month.Mr.[redacted] account declined for March billing, he was sent an email and also a phone call was placed. We never reached him nor did he respond to the email. In April he was billed for March's declined membership dues, April's membership dues and also the NSF fee we received from the bank for a declined transaction. In our email to him in April, we provided him with a receipt for what and why he was charged.Since this was our first time hearing from Mr.[redacted] we have since cancelled his membership as requested and we will not be billing him for an additional month like stated in his membership agreement. Thanks! Jake
