The snap fitness in port perry suddenly closed with no warning to its members approximately 2 weeks ago. Members have paid for unavailable services as well as not being reimbursed their "last" month fee and swipe card fee when signing up... nearby snap location in brooklin and uxbridge were also shut down leaving me no other exercise options. The email on their website has not responded to multiple emails regarding these questions. ***@snapfitness.com is the email.

Desired Outcome

Would like a reimbursement or at least communication with anyone related to gym
