Review: Ordered a replacement hose for my pressure washer. The one shipped does not have correct fittings to connect. Was told that was the only one they had. Model 691583, Serial [redacted]8. Ticket # [redacted]. My pressure washer is worthless now with no hose. Why are you selling replacement parts that do not work/ fit the product? I will never ever buy another Snap On product. I want my pressure washer replaced with a new one if you can not provide replacement parts that fit the existing product. Telling me the replacement hose that does not fit my pressure is my only option does not work.
