repeateedly missed each other. Once I was aware there was an issue, I found [redacted] and asked to see documentation of the overdraft fees. He was hostile and used offensive language. I then took it up with a trainer who spoke with [redacted] and they agreed to give [redacted] the $100 dollar credit on the truck for the mistake. I'm not asking that [redacted] spend "more" money with Snap-On, simply that he pay what he already owes. As he is a mechanic by trade and is compensated for buying tools, the $100 dollar credit is fair compensation for any mistake that was made, which he has refused to show documentation for.
