We found Joe through a community wrestling group and opted to give a member of the wrestling community our business. He did great fast work and communication on our Youth programs coaches shirts. After that we opted to order our Jr High Program Singlets and warm ups. We did need a fast turn around and he told us he would try his best to turnaround in two weeks. We paid in November the same day that we ordered the warmups over the phone with a CC. The singlets were paid for by the school so there was a delay in getting him the check. Two weeks turned into over a month to get the singlets. The warm ups....well its been excuse after excuse. It is now February. We not only DO NOT HAVE WARMS, but our season is over, and Joe has ghosted us. He will not respond to texts or answer his phone calls. These kids stood in the freezing cold doing a tag day to order new warm ups, and the money they raised is now vanished into thin air.

The only thing Snapdown Sportswear is guilty of is being late. Maybe *** and all her people should know how to treat a business. Instead not only do you have her complaint but they make one complaint into a 100. She is not who I been dealing with on this order. She doesn't know the half of it. Had the guy told her everything this wouldn't be happening. The orders are bring made from scratch. It takes time to make.

First let me start with I'm the president of the boosters program whom paid in FULL for the warm ups. The initial contact was with JB the coach of the JV wrestling team. JB has documented and shared with me ALL conversations between the company. I only got involved after the company stopped responding to JB!
