I bought this computer 12/31/12. It crashed one time and had to request installation discs to restore. Then 3 times the fan quit working and the whole system wouldn't work. Yesterday, a technical support person calling me telling me many HP customers were experiencing errors on computer that needed to be fixed. I asked him how long it would take and he said 5 mintues. 22 minutes later it still wasn't complete.He called me again today and implied that if I didn't buy software warranty the computer would not work right. I told him I felt pressured and I had to go to work. He continued to pressure me. By the end of the conversation I was in tears with frustration/aggravation and bought the software warranty just to get off the phone. I asked for time to consider purchase. He said the tech would not fix errors unless I purchased the warranty. I feel that I should be reimbursed the entire purchase price of the computer and warranties purchased. I have had many computers in my life and never experienced these issues. I am very disillusioned and disappointed in HP in general. I tried emailing the store and asking them for HP complaint line. [redacted] told me to call technical support and ask for supervisor. I don't trust the technical staff at this point. Why would I trust another one evan a supervisor? I will never purchase an HP again.

These people continue to call me daily 2 and 3 times a day. I have placed my phone on do not ring. This is harrassment . Please make them stop calling me or I will have to go to an attorney or Channel 8 on your side .
