I am rejecting this response because:I am tired of SnapOne trying to "resolve" the issueSnapOne has been trying to resolve it for over a month now, and I am not interested in it nowI have uninstalled the application now. Regarding the question of the rebate: This product was brought from *** and they had a rebate on the productI even mentioned this at the start of my complaintI don't know how this relates to the issueWhat SnapOne seems to be trying to tell me is, hey we sold you a defective product and then you got a rebate for it, so we aren't liable for the product

complete its review and fixes. The company is unable to refund any more money since the individual already received all money back through the rebate.
There was a technical glitch in the timing of the purchase and the timing for the rebate period. It was fixed by our software people, and we have since approved the rebate to the customer. I hope the customer has received the rebate now, and is...
