Rude & Horrible Customer Service, not willing to rectify issues with consumers!

I will start by informing anyone that I post excellent reviews just as much as I post the poor ones. I am not here to complain, just because I didn't get what I wanted. After receiveing such poor customer service I would never recommend this company to anyone. The gentleman that took my payment for the initial appointment was very welcoming as he was selling the service, however, once they have taken your money, the service declined rapidly. I understand that all companies have issues and things happen, but the service given was horrible. The photographer moved so fast during the photo shoot, she tripped over her words and had to correct herself continuously. I am perfectly fine with following protocol, however, when you don't complete the service and give misinformation it becomes less tolerating. I was told by the photographer that she notated I would not pick up pictures: This was never a comment I made. When I spoke to a different representative, she then told me there were no notes under my name. "Which 1 is it?" After calling and emailing and I was told, "Well that's just the way this company has been ran for 20 years." After explaining my concerns, I was not even offered a genuine or simple apology for receiving such service. Needless to say, I wasted my money and time using this company.

Snapp studios are horrible! Horrible backgrounds, photographer, and horrible prices! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SNAPP STUDIOS AGAIN. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I called the studio to tell them I was running late he told me I should be there not knowing the weather was really bad that day so I had to drive more careful. Snapp studios just want a quick dollar. DON'T FALL FOR THE JUST PAY $10 AND JUST $8 TO SIT IN. EVERYTHING THAT SOUNDS GOOD MAY NOT BE GOOD! Snapp studios YOU GET A THUMBS DOWN AND NO STARS!

The lady that took picture was dress slopy,bad breath,likes to blow into your kids face. Not a lite blow but a hard one. Would not listen to parents on how they wont their children to be place. Then when call studio they would say how great she is an that it was your flaut this happen. Picture are not that good an they keep saying that the woman is great and can not see how you don't like them. You have kids crying in pictures that never crys in picture when other studios do them. An other studios wont to do more of them. When you call the studio they are rude to you an wont to agree with you about it. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO SNAPP STUDIOS INC. They go to k[redacted] stores to set up appiontments an take pictures there. That is also were you pick them up at. K[redacted] have nothing to do with them just let them rent a area.","neg-2

My husband and sons were taking pictures with his other children and ex at a store where Snapp Studios of Oxford, Ms had scheduled. After different settings and poses, the photographer told my husband and his ex to take some poses together. Even after he and the children repeatedly told her that their dad had a wife, she knowingly set them up for pictures anyway and told them to pretend that you like each other. Even after I talked with her and suggested she delete those particular sittings, she showed no concern about resolving this matter and making it right for this family. I was blindsided by this because generally they've done pretty well with our pictures. I will be sure to share this experience because this is unacceptable. ","neg-1
