Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/07/08) */ I am the shop manager Matt [redacted] and have tried on multiple times to contact the customer but he has showed no interest in contacting me backWhen the vehicle came in the clutch linkage was disconnected and we informed the customer of this, the engine barely ran and it was never driven into the shop so it would be impossible for us to have worn the tires out and used the fuelThe vehicle was just purchased and I feel all of these issues were there when he bought it and he was looking for help to repair itWe are a honest facility with a great reputation but we do not stand behind work or damage we did not performThat being said we of course will not give any money towards the repairs he took to a different shopIf you would like to speak with me directly my phone number is [redacted] and my name is Matt ***

His truck was bent and he did not want to fix that.He came in with the window down and to call him when it was doneWe called him when it was done, stated we repaired the truck as good as we could get itHe was in a
hurry so we told him to come back if he needed us to complete it with a new truck
