My insulation company man was up looking around in the attic for me and can see rays of sun coming through an area that should have been sealedThe company did not finish attaching a downspout [redacted] cannot spell (see her misspellings) and she is NOT billing the insurance company, which is a lieWhen asked to take off the satellite dish, one of their lackies left it swinging from a soffit attached to the cable wire for one weekOne sharpie thought it would be funny to move my shovel away from the house so he stabbed it way deep into my rye lawnI have more photos of their failures than their successesWanna see them?

Dear Revdex.com,I am lost for words with the issue with [redacted] We have completed all his work per his contract and then some The reason I say that is because Mr [redacted] had a tree fall on his roof and am sure he had interior damage as a result This job was not done per Mr [redacted] insurance...rather the job was done strictly as a cash job for the customer upon his request We gave him an estimate for the work which DID NOT INCLUDE interior damage and he accepted It was AFTER the work that Mr [redacted] started complaining and VERY rudely complaining He had an issue with a shovel placed in the ground ?? Really ? Well its my knowledge never to lay a shovel down Reason not to want to pay us his balance of $6324.00? I would say not! I have attached an email sent to our company by Mr [redacted] as proof of his hostility and rudeness The issues were all being handled and we were in contact with him at all times This rude attitude continued with him not allowing us on the property to clean up and then complaining that we did not clean up etc.Mr [redacted] insisted that the roof leaked in the area repaired by our carpenter where the tree had fallenHe kept insisting that the interior damage was our fault WELL the tree falling on his home is the cause for that!!! Regardlesswe did do the interior repairs for him at no charge to Mr [redacted] Even the carpenter that did the repair on the area with the tree damage was witness to the interior damage PRIOR to him starting the work and he will confess to that if need be.In addition to the interior being done for him he demanded some sort of discount as well?! I don't know why because all his demands were met We even found him another old TV Dish since one of the two Satellite dishes was discarded by error The crew was unaware that he was saving the TV Satellite dishes to sell Regardless of all the drama he created we did agree to give him a $creditThankfully we got thru all this and Mr [redacted] is paid in full He did not allow us to run the job thru his insurance so we cannot report back to them for him Some customers want estimates rather than have the Contractor go thru their insurance because of personal reasons ??? So no we are not filing with insurance a completion notice He will have to handle that as he sated to us from the very beginning that this was NOT an insurance job I hope this clears some of the confusion because I am still in awww of how he handled everything Thank You, [redacted] ( and my spelling isn't and issue !!)

WE UNDERSTAND THE STRESS IT MAY CAUSE TO SOME HOMEOWNERS DURING CONSTRUCTION....AND A RE-ROOF IS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION!!!   AT ARROW ROOFING INC. WE DO NOT CLAIM TO BE PERFECT ALL THE TIME.  BUT WE WILL BE VERY PERSIST TO HAVE THE FINAL OUTCOME 100% FOR ALL JOBS AS IN THIS...

CASE.TO DATE THE HOMEOWNER HAS HAD ALL HIS WORK COMPLETED BY ARROW ROOFING IN ACCORDANCE TO HIS INSURANCE SCOPE OF WORK IN ADDITON TO EXTRA WORK HE REQUESTED. WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ISSURES WITH RETURNING TO THE PREMISES IN ORDER TO GET ALL THE ITEMS FOR THE HOMEOWNERS COMPLETED. JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR.... IT DOES TAKE MUTUAL RESPECT AND PATIENCE FOR ALL PARTIES IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE ALL PERSONEL AND WORK ACCORDINGLY.  WE HAVE 100'S OF CUSTOMERS THAT RELY ON US ON THE SECURITY OF THEIR HOMES AS WELL.  OUR LOYALTY IS TO ALL CUSTOMERS THAT TRUST IN US TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THEIR PROPERTY.MR. [redacted] AND ARROW ROOFING INC.  BOTH AGREE THAT ALL WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND WE WILL BE SENDING THE FINAL REQUEST TO HIS INSURANCE FOR PAYMENT.THANK YOU,[redacted]
