Health ComplaintOn October 5th of 2015, my mother and I choose to paid Snappy Sacker a visit to inquire their deals on meat products. We looked at the deals that were displayed outside as well as in the inside of the store. So I purchased 10 lbs of turkey necks for $19.99, 10 lbs of tilapia for $14.99, 40 lbs of chicken drumsticks for $19.99, and 40 lbs of chicken wings for $64.99. So my mom and I get back to my house and start breaking down the food to put in the freezer. Once we cut open the case of chicken products, we instantly got a foul odor from both products. So we called back up the Snappy Sacker to inform the store of our findings. The manager that was in charge told us to bring the products back. So we arrive back at the store and the manager in charge with a guy name Jake was in the process of moving a freezer or a cabinet onto a dolly in the front of the store. The entire time the manager had on a pair of blue gloves during the moving of the cabinet. So the manager came over to the front register where my mom and I were waiting. So he opened up both products and started to smell and sniff them. He held the chicken products up to his nose while stilling having the gloves on that he was wearing while moving the cabinet or freezer. So I asked for an even trade or my money back. He refund my money back for the chicken Drumsticks and refused to refund my money back for the chicken wings. He told my mom and I that there was not anything wrong with the rest. So went back outside the store with this foul smelling chicken and sat inside our vehicle. My mom asked the manger again, could he switch out the chicken wings and he acted as if you could talk or response. So I went back into the store and took a picture of him. He came towards me trying to get my phone out my hand and said that he was going to break my phone. So the police was called to the store.Desired SettlementThere need to sale meal products that are update and there should be a problem with given the customer back their money or exchange what was bought. The manager needs appreciate the customer and not attack the customer.
