Hi ***,Ms *** ***' complaint was reviewed and responded to internally by our senior managementThis customer was abusive to our staff and made up allegations to try to tarnish our reputationIt is going as far as to nearly warrant a defamation action against herBe that as it may, the
customer was given good food, proper food, at a fair and reasonable priceNo further action needs to be taken based on our policies.For us, it is a shame that the customer takes to the air waves, using any tool possible to seek revenge for not being able to sell the lie to garner more free foodIt matters not what they do to us publicly, we will not be bullied into allowing them to extort product or sales dollars from our small, family owned business.Thank you for your time.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The manager does not know what was said to us on the phone, and the tapes of us in the store and getting swore at I found on the this is an independent chain of snappy tomatoe Please reference the face book page that is for snappy tomatoe There are other customers having the same issues I have and more The corporate office sent me an apology and is offering to make it up I accept the apology for the overall of snappy tomatoe BUTTHE INDEPENDENT chain that owns both stores at *** *** *** rd in independence, and the one down in the town of independence, is basically calling me a user I'm sorry, but being a military vet, and having a 30,+ year job, I don't need free pizza I want clean pizza and a great customer service I got NEITHER I wish for the corporate head quarters in *** ** to review this reponse from the chain that represents snappy tomatoe in independence, ky Head quarter: *** *** *** *** *** ***

Complaint1:15 Tuesday - went into the [redacted] MS location for lunch w/ my wife & child for the lunch buffet. When we went in we noticed no other customers & the cashier told me that we were only the 3rd person that day. I also noticed that the buffet was only half set up & also noticed that the pizzas on the buffet were petrified to say the least. the cashier asked me what type of pizza that I wanted & I replied cheeseburger (had it several times before)& the girl said ok & I paid & proceeded to fix a salad since the 4 pizzas under the heat lamp were like cardboard. as I was preparing my salad the cashier girl came back to me & said that they could not make the cheeseburger pizza because they did not have any special sauce, I being a chef for the past 30 yrs. explained to her that the special sauce was just ketchup & mustard, she then said that they did not have any ketchup, so I suggested to her to just use tomato pizza sauce in place of the ketchup. & she pointed to the cameras & said that I can't do that because I could get into a lot of trouble. I mentioned to her that taking care of the guest should be her #1 concern & adjusting to meet the guest needs should be her #1 priority, so she said ok & I thought she went to go prepare the pizza. @ that time I was finished preparing my salad & went to sit down w/ the family. As I was cutting up my salad another girl came up to the counter & said that she was not going to make that pizza, so without evening taking a bite of salad or a drink of my beverage, I said you know what, I would just like my money back & we will go somewhere else & eat. She said that she could not give my money back, & I said I would like to speak w/ a mgr. & she said that there was not a mgr. there & I said, ok call a mgr. which she did & I got on the phone w/ mgr. [redacted] who introduced himself as a mgr. & I explained to him the situation & he said that he would refund my money, so I handed the phone back to the girl & walked back to the register & waited for my refund.- cont.Product_Or_Service: Pizza buffet for 2Desired SettlementI waited for several minutes & no one came to the register to refund my money, finally the second girl walked to the register & told me that the owner ([redacted]) called & said that since I prepared my salad he was not going to refund my money, even though I never took a bite. then the girl told me that she would make a trip to [redacted] to buy some Ketchup If I wanted to wait & then she could make the pizza that I wanted. Unfortunately on this particular day, our team member couldn't locate the sauce we use to prepare this cheeseburger pizza and asked the guest if he wanted another kind in which he declined. [redacted] who is the manager for this location did speak with the guest and apologized to him and offered and invited guest and his family to return at no charge on his next visit in which the guest agreed but never returned. We try so hard to provide an excellent [redacted] dining experience with all our guests; however, with this guest we failed in which we deeply apologize. We will be more than happy to refund guest and invite his family back in to enjoy our famous pizza buffet on us! Thank you!Consumer Response Hello its been 2 months since I was told I would get a refund & still I have not been contacted in any way to receive my refund.What or Who do I need to talk too to finally get a refund ?thanks,[redacted]Business Response We tried contacting guest to issue refund. Thanks.Business Response Just spoke with guest and informed him to come by today to receive a refund for the buffet. He stated that he will stop by today after work.Business Response Mr.[redacted] spoke with guest at 8:38 a.m. and guest stated to him that he was coming by after work on yesterday to get his refund on the buffet his wife didn't eat. However, at the close of business on last night, guest didn't show up as promised. From the beginning to now, we have shown "good-faith" in resolving this matter as we do with all of our guest! We're asking the Revdex.com close this case as settled as we have done everything in our power to satisfy this guest and don't have the time to continue as we have so many of other guest to "WOW" with our excellent guest services and awesome food!Thank You!!!Consumer Response here we go again !as instructed I went by the [redacted] Pizza in [redacted], MS to collect my refund (because that is what I was instructed to do)& the lady mgr. on duty told me that I was only due a refund for 1 buffet - now if you go back to my original complaint you will notice that I purchased 2 buffets (mine & my wife's) & when I was told I would get a full refund & 2 complimentary buffets, I only wanted my money back which I still haven't received - the mgr. was instructed to pay me for 1 buffet, so she called the owner ([redacted]) & he told her to only pay me back for 1 buffet even though I purchased 2 buffets.I informed her to tell him that I would be reopening the case because it is not settled to my satisfaction & I did not get my full refund as previously agreed. The new mgr. was very nice, however she was only doing what the owner instructed her to do.Again - this is not what was promised to me & I want my money back.thanks,[redacted](901) [redacted]
