11/28/2:pm Telephone response obtained from the company as follows:The company stated that after the consumer contacted them about an issue with the hair, the consumer did not come in for about a monthThe company stated that the consumer's hair was replaced.The company stated that they
received a text message on 11/from the consumer stating that their brother would pick up the hair.The company stated the hair is no longer in the salon and that the consumer's brother came on a day that he was not in to pick it up. The company stated the hair returned was washed, brushed and it had very little shedding.The company stated they used the hair to make a wig and sent a photo showing the washed and styled hair.The company stated the hair was supposedly a bad batch of hair but it wasn't.The company stated if hair if not taken care of properly it will not hold up

11/28/2:pm Telephone response obtained from the company as follows:The company stated the consumer originally wanted shorter hair and they chose to purchase the longer hair. The company stated the consumer did come back into the the salon about weeks ago to have the hair looked at.The
company stated they did get a chance to look at the hair that was still installed and the hair was fine.The company stated that the consumer came in with another person and the other person caused a commotion and they were both asked to leave.The company stated they are willing to co-wash the hair and style it for the consumer
