Hi ***We are very sorry for the confusion It is not our intention to make your experience a bad one We agree it was very difficult to get the gender of your baby This is why we offered you to come back for a FREE rescan When we gave you the free rescan, to my
understanding you did not receive photos We then sent the photos out to you twice At that time we did upgrade to a new machine HD LIVE and when you called back and stated that you didn't receive the photos we were happy to give you another rescan or simply bring in your cd and we could print that out for you We did refund the gender portion, gave you rescans and sent the photos We will make it right with you with whatever we can so please give us a call so we can do so Please accept our apologies and any inconvenience
