I ordered from Sneakgallery on November 5th and today it is February 5th and I still don't have what I paid for. I've been emailing them and they always respond with the same script. I can't even get a refund. I think they have blocked my email address, because my emails will not go through. Please be aware of this company, because they will take your money and not send you what you ordered

Sneak Gallery will take your money and not deliver your merchandise! Such a scam! I purchased an item in November 1st of 2023. It’s almost January and I am still waiting! Do not deal with this fake business that will rip you off!

I’ve emailed, haven’t received anything! Asked for Refund, they never responded
I even asked Afterpay to look into this, they did and I lost! So now I’m out my money and the item I bought. Scam website! Stop using God for profits!

I ordered items for my son on August 26 and it's now October and still have not received my merchandise I paid for. I was informed they were backed up so I waited and contact them again two weeks go by and finally got a tracking number for shipping but they never gave the items to UPS so it's sitting there. It's been two weeks now. I emailed numerous times no number to call. I feel I have been duped. My next step is better business bureau. This is so wrong on all levels. I spent $175 and my son is so disappointed. Where is my stuff?

I place a order with them Aug 4th 2023 now its Aug 27th and I’ve sent several emails and received no replies I even tried contacting them through Facebook im gonna call my credit to cancel payment tomorrow I do not recommend this company at all

I placed my order in December on the 8th to be exact and it is now February and still no product. I’ve sent numerous emails to check the status of my order and crickets. They got my money hostage because I asked for a refund and no response. This will be the last time I order anything from them because it shouldn’t take two months or more for them to get my order and ship my order. I would add a photo BUT I DON’T HAVE ANYTHING IN HAND TO POST. Come on now got this together.

Placed an order on 1/1 and received a UPS tracking number 5 days later. Today is 1/19 and the item still hasn’t shipped. I’ve messaged customer service 5 times with no response.

I ordered from sneak gallery 4/28 two days later I received an email with a tracking number . Today is May 12 and the tracking number shows the items have never shipped . Sneak gallery stated shipping time is 1-2 weeks however it’s been 2 weeks now
