Sneak Tip Media Group Reviews (3)
I run a club based in Pennsylvania and hired this group to film a saturday night showcase for me that we were going to make into a music video This group took my money and never showed up The (484) number they provide is not a true phone number so all calls are screened and once they take your money, you number is ultimately blocked My team and I are going to physically get our money out of them, we just wanted to warn others to never work with this company
Review: [redacted] hired Sneak Tip Media Group to shoot, direct & edit 3 music videos for r&b/pop group [redacted] (CEO/Director for Sneak Tip Media), stated his company woul be able to meet our requirements to complete the project successfully. We had a set back (1st shooting date) when the group experienced a family health crisis (the project was pushed back), **. [redacted] agreed that was ok & he still wanted to be apart of the project. At a meeting between the group and **. [redacted] for the second scheduled date, **. [redacted] was paid a $249.00 deposit to secure the dates, the group expressed their concept for the video, the look they were going for and the location that were a must for the look. **. [redacted] explained he would scout the locations that same day, meet management that coming weekend to view the location for the 1st shoot (that we selected) & send over the shotlist w/pictures of the location for the girls approval. He stated he would have everything to our company by that evening/no later than the following afternoon. Not only did he not confirm and meet w/managment to view the 1st location (we had to reschedule), we didn't receive the shotlist until two weeks later (the weekend before the shoot) leaving us w/out the ability to make any changes or secure another location. This was now an issue because there was a certain look the group wanted for the music video & they were unhappy w/**. [redacted]'s concept. We requested new shooting dates due to the descreapencies , expressing our concern w/**. [redacted]'s latencies, that he needed more time to secure the correct locations originally requested & we would present him with our contract. We presented our contract w/in 5days of the new shooting dates to which **. [redacted] was to sign/email it back w/in 7 days confirming Sneak Tip Media Group's involvement w/the project (a specific reply date was advised). **. [redacted] did not respond by said date, confirming his company was no longer interested.Desired Settlement: We're requesting a full refund of the $249.00 deposit paid to Sneak Tip Media Group as it was to secure the dates & by the "Scope & Manner of Services" portion of (his) contract w/us, to "shoot, direct & edit the music videos" of which we never did.Prior to [redacted]'s decision not to work w/him for the project, **. [redacted] was contacted via email & phone, several times to no avail & it was based on his disregard for our concerns we no longer felt comfortable working w/him.
