I ordered my package and it was shipped from California to Pennsylvania and is now in New Jersey and the delivery is delayed. I'm wondering why?
My package *** was supposed to be delivered Monday July 27th but is for some reason across the country and I don't know why it was sent there. Was it a mistake because the company is based out of California where I live. I would like a refund for the shipping because it said 3-7 days but it is past that and there's no word of when I will get my package or what it going on with it. Thank you.

Thank you for the information. We have checked the tracking and it was delivered on July 29th by USPS. We are also checking with USPS on why the item was shipped too PA. Please be assured that the item was shipped out from Cerritos, CA. Please let us know if you have received the shoes.

The customer ordered product c77166 Adidas Campus 2 (preschool) in size 10.5, which is a preschool product/size. However, customer thought he ordered it in Men's size.

We did not ship out the wrong product, and when customer returned the item, we have refunded the full amount of the item cost on 6/16/2020.

They finally give me a partial refund, I got charged $12.99 for sending the item back even though they sent me the wrong item, they are blaming me for their mistake.

Item stated delivered, however I never received the package. They ship via FedEx, and selected the option that they do not require a signature or proof of delivery or allow them to re-attempt to deliver. Which according to FedEx policy they can/will leave the package at the door or on steps. When I contacted SneakerRx regarding not receiving the package, they are refusing to refund or replace the item ($59.99). As advised per their company rep, I also contacted neighbors (some who have video doorbells) in an effort to locate it, as possibly they may have accepted on my behalf had it or saw it, however they did not.

Due to our policy we cannot refund the order amount if the order shows delivered. However, we have refunded the total amount of $59.99 as a one-time courtesy. Thank you.

I bought a pair of shoes that where not authentic . After contacting sneaker head support they did nothing to help.
On August 12th I placed a order for a pair of Jordan shoes. They where the blue Jordan Retro 9. After receiving the package and wearing the shoes once I noticed paint chipping off. Upon further inspection I noticed the shoe had a whole area that was repainted and there where visible paint brush strokes on the blue part of the shoe. The stitching was terrible and the whole feel of the shoe itself felt cheap and flimsy. I own many pairs of Jordan's and never experienced this in my life. After I contacted the support team and sent in pictures and explained to them that I believe the shoes are not authentic they told me they would only give me 15% off of my next purchase. I am truly disappointed. The company site clearly started they have 100% authentic shoes which is clearly not the case. I am disappointed I spent *** on fake shoes that I could have went to another store and gotten what I had paid for. The customer support was no help at all. I would never recommend this site to anyone. They are selling fake shoes for the price of real shoes.

We have attempted to contact the buyer multiple times via email and phone to offer a resolution, but we have not heard back from the customer.

However, please be assured our products are authentic.

Very disappointed with the return process
Bought a pair of shoes through this seller on Amazon.com. I used their sizing chart included in the listing to buy the shoes in that size. When we received the shoes, they were too big. I started the return process and I was told it takes 3-5 days to process the return. Shoes were send back the next day using the return label provided though UPS. The shoes were delivered on 8/7 about 5 days later. Called Amazon to check on the return status. Was told the ideal return time is 3-5 days and they emailed seller on my behalf. I received an email from the seller and was told it will take 10-14 days. This information was not given previously and per Amazon it should not take that long to process the refund. I understand they have to inspect the shoes but now they are making me wait another 2 weeks to give me the money back. I need to buy the correct size of shoes. Very deceiving and incorrect information provided. And now they are out of stock with the size I actually want to purchase.

I want the refund processed as quick as possible.

This order was delivered to our location on 8/7 and inspected and refunded as of 8/8. The customer should have their refund available in 2-3 business days as previously discussed.

The incorrect shoes were sent to me and upon return the Manager accused me of returning incorrect merchandise.
I ordered shoes on 3/24/19 Order #XXXXXXXXX. These shoes were not available from Vans at the time. The shoes were supposed to be a size 10 Mash up for men. I received in the mail from Sneakerhead a pastel patent green color shoe for women with white ribbon laces. I called to get a return label 4/4/2019 stating they were the wrong shoes and sent the shoes back. When I inquired about my refund I was then accused of sending merchandise that didn't belong to them back and was told they sent them back to me. When I asked what the customer representatives names were the young lady claimed there are only 2 representatives there *** and *** with one being the Manager. Since my mishap with this company I purchased the shoe for my son on 4/2/19 from Vans and have proof of the purchase. I would simply like a refund from Sneakerhead of $64.99 to my paypal account and will never purchase anything from the company again. I consider this bad business and would like it rectified.

Returned a pair of sneakers and they returned it back to me stating they were use. which is a LIE.
*** XXXXXXXXX ..Purchased a pair of sneakers on 3/2 they shipped on 3/4 and I received them on 3/8 at around 7pm when I returned from work. Tried on the sneakers in my home and they did not fit. so on Monday morning I called and received a return label and I returned the sneakers. I received no email no information on my return. I called the week of 3/11-3/15 & I was advised to call end of the month. Today 3/28 I call to check on my return and the young lady that attended to me advised me that the item was returned to me as they were worn. I explained to her that at no time did I wear this item so I am not understanding why they would not contact me to discuss this. She was rude and condescending. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated they are all to lunch and will call me back and I have yet to hear back from them. Advised me that they have pictures which I asked her to send to me and she stated the manager will send when they call me. I asked her for her name and she just kept repeating herself as if she was speaking to a child. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of respect and customer service that was provided by sneakerhead.com. I purchase online from Foot locker many times a year and I have never encountered any issues. This is the first & LAST time I order from this website/ company. I will also be sure to give my family and friends this review. I have never ever had any issues with any other merchants. I dont know what kind of people order from them but I do not make a habit of purchasing and using items then returning them. It is unethical and just not right. according to the customer service rep the item was sent back to me, I have yet to receive them. I will be returning them as they did not fit. I will continue to send multiple messages until I get a manager or a supervisor to help with this matter. WORST customer service ever. from 3/11- 3/28 no communication from their end, if I did not call I would probably be at a loss.

We have shipped the returned shoes back to the customer because the soles were dirty, and the shoes were creased indicating they have been worn. However, we did still refund the full amount to the customer to provide a good customer experience. The customer also got to keep the shoes.

Fraudulent company
I putting an order for a pair shoes on Monday morning, I chose over night shipping,I still have yet to receive a tracking number or the shoes and it's Friday! I've called customer service plenty of times and they fail to provide me with a tracking number. My orders number for the purchase is XXXXXXXXX

Do not order from this company! I ordered some shoes they had FedEx to deliver it, only I never received the shoes. I filed a claim with the same day. I didn't want a refund just the shoes. They denied my claim so I no shoes or my money! I'm so ***. Bad customer service!

Shoes sent to wrong address. Company refuses to take responsibility for what happened! Rude and unprofessional. Basically said I do not care to me!
I just lost my home and a family member in the hurricane in Miami. I finally got approved for a loan to rebuild my home and took some of the funds to buy my sons sneakers for christmas and because they too had lost everything in the hurricane and only had donated clothes and shoes which were either too big too small or just really old. Not complaining about that though. That came in a time we were in dire need and I am grateful. So ordered the 4 shoes and did not receive the package. Tried to be patient and give it some time. Now I can no longer wait. I called fedex and they confirmed that my package was misdelivered to an incorrect address. They gave me this reference/case number confirming the mis delivery XXXXXXXXXX. When I chatted with customer service they were rude and arrogant and didn't care one bit. I am afraid I have been scammed!!! I normally order from another company but my sons said that the shoes they wanted were not available on footlocker. So I ordered here. Now I am out of pocket my money and I have no shoes!!! Everyday my sons are complaining. I feel so overwhelmed and under pressure!! These are the words of *** the chat specialist on the website

We will discuss the customer service issue with our staff .The customer has been refunded in full via Paypal ( the method she paid with) since 1-3-18. Customer will need to contact Paypal if she does see the refund on her end. We have also explained this to the customer at the time of the incident. Customer was aware her refund went through and was given an apology on 1-3-18.
