I placed a order on December *** 2018 the money was taken off my card early the next morning. On December *** 2018 I received a email stating my order shipped and could be tracked upon tracking my order it just said shipping label created, *** awaiting item. It also said this does not indicate receipt by the *** or the actual mailing date. I have emailed the company at least 6 or 8 times and no response. I even sent a direct message on their Instagram page no response so I asked about my order under one of their Instagram pictures and I was blocked from commenting on anything on their page. I just want my order or a full refund it was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
We have reach out to customer and explain missing item is on the way

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I placed and paid for my order on December *** 2018, I have yet to receive my order after reaching out to the Revdex.com and the website 23isback I received a email from SneakerOutfits saying they would get my order out that was on January *** 2019 today is January *** 2019 I haven’t received my order yet I emailed SneakerOutfits again to see if my order was shipped and if I would have a different tracking number and I didn’t get a response back. I just want what I paid for as I stated before this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It’s almost two months since I placed and paid for my order.

Hello my Name is Chanele Labarrie I emailed the Revdex.com two different times about not receiving a order placed with SneakerOutfits I placed the order on December ***,2018 I just received it today February 2nd, 2019 so please disregard my last email to the Revdex.com.
