Review: I have been trying to exchange the shoes I purchased and received for another pair of the same shoes, but in a size 11.5 instead of a size 12.I've been trying to get in contact with anyone from the Sneakers4u company for over a week to arrange a size exchange.I have tried using their RMA form on their website, their contact form on their website, emailing the address listed on their website, and calling their phone number listed on their website. I have also scoured the internet looking for other means of contacting the company.All methods of contact either don't garner a response, auto-reply back to me stating that their email system is broken, or place me on hold indefinitely.Their website clearly states their exchange/return policies allow for exchanging or return of merchandise as long as it is within 60 days of receiving the item. I received my item and requested an exchange in size the very same day via their RMA form as instructed on their website.I honestly don't know what else I can do at this point. They were great at shipping out the order originally, but the customer service is non-existent.Desired Settlement: I would like to send the shoes I have back, unused and with original packaging and shipping materials, in exchange for a pair of the same style and color of shoes, but in a size 11.5 instead.Thank you for your time.

Review: I ordered boots in size 10 and received a mismatched pair of boots, only ONE boot in size 10. The other boot I received was size 9.5. Sneakers4u is requiring that I pay out of pocket to send the boots back even though I've sent photos of the incorrect order I received. I have called the company 6 times, once leaving a voicemail, once received nonstop hold music, and 4 times having spoken to customer service who promised a call or email back to resolve the issue. I have not ONCE received their promised call or email back and am left with mismatched, useless boots.Desired Settlement: I have not requested a refund, only asked that the company pay for a return shipping label and that the correct boots are sent to me. I agreed to a set price for a specific item and IF this can not be delivered, I would like a full refund and am happy to send the item back if provided with a prepaid return label.
