Review: I ordered two holsters on 4/**/14. I received an email that day with a tracking number stating that my items had shipped. I checked the tracking number everyday since and it still says pre-shipment on the USPS website. This is 2nd day priority mail. After 3 days I sent an email asking for clarification on my order (they do not have a phone number). After not getting a response I emailed again explaining my concern that they had not even got back to me at that time. On the [redacted] of April 2014 I sent my third email stating that I wanted my money refunded or my order delivered with in 2 days. I did get a verification on each email saying that it was sent successfully and I would get a response shortly. I still have not heard from anyone at SneakyPete.com. My order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want my order or a refund in 48 hours and an apology.

Review: I ordered a Sneaky Pete Holster in August 2015. The holster arrived and after attempting to use the holster I discovered that it was too large and uncomfortable. I contacted the company, via e-mail, since they don't give you a phone number. I received an email response from "Beth". I emailed her back and explained the problem ans she gave me the necessary info to return the holster. I told her that I wished to exchange the holster for a different size and she assured me that there would be no problem. I needed to return the holster along with a written detailed explanation as to why I was returning it and a description for the holster I wished to exchange it for along with a check for $6.00 for S/H. I mailed the holster back with the information requested by "Beth" and after several days I received a notice that the purchase amount had been refunded to my credit card but I did not received any explanation as why I did not get to exchange it nor did I receive any reference to my check. I made numerous attempts to contact "Beth" but as of this date she has not returned one of my emails since I returned the holster.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to either return my check or exchange the holster for one that I can use.

They have cashed my check that I mailed to handle the postage on the holster that I asked them to exchange for but have received no holster nor have I heard from them. Review: Sent my holster in for repair five weeks ago and still am waiting for its return. All they tell me is they are working on it. They say it will take 2-3 days to fix a problem once the item has been returned. It has been over a month. They just give you the run around.Desired Settlement: Repair and return

Review: I ordered a holster for A sig Saur 290 and when I received it the gun doesn't fit into the case. I have sent numerous emails about this to the company to get the problem fixed. The only response that I have received was that It was not their fault and that I had a bigger magazine that what this holster was made for. Which I don't think this is the case becuase the magazine is the stock that comes with all of the m when purchased. It definately was not an extended holster. This gun came with two and they are the same size. there was nothing on the online order for stating that you must have a mini magazine for this gun for the holster to fit. I was told that I could mail it back but I had to insure it and then they would refund the money for thew case but not the shipping and the return shipping. The return shipping was going to cost $9.95 I dont feel that this is my responsibility to pay for the return of an item if they misrepresented this holster. I really like it but it doesn't work for the gun I have. They do not have a phone number to call to discuss this and when I emailed and asked for one I was told that they dont have a customer service phone number... Really how do you run a business without a phone number? I asked them to email me a return prepaid postage label and I would get it into the mail ASAP. Review: I ordered and received a holster from this company and upon inspection of the product decided it was not of the desired quality, size, or compatibility for my needs. I have sent 4 email (company does not have a telephone number) requesting return authorization and not one of my requests has been answered. Unbelievable since they say the reason they use email over telephones for customer service is because they can provide quicker, more professional service to the customers.

Sneaky is the key part of this company name. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to have this resolved by getting return authorization and a refund for the unwanted product as their policy states I'm entitled to.

Review: I ordered a holster which did not fit my needs. I followed the company's directions for returns, which was to send an email to them as they have no phone number and they would reply with a return "number". If a customer tries to return an item without the return number/label, they will not refund the money nor will they accept the return. I sent 4 emails and never received a response from the company. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response. My first attempted contact was the day I received the item.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to provide me with the necessary information in order to return the item for refund. I would also like all of my shipping costs refunded due to the time and stress involved in this situation.

Review: I ordered a LEFT HANDED holster for a Glock 27. They sent a RIGHT HANDED holster in about three days. I emailed them (this is the only to contact them) the day it arrived and told them that it is the wrong holster. I did not recieve a response. Three days later I again emailed them and again no response.

I have emailed Sneaky Pete five times without any response .Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money returned including shipping or the correct replacement at no charge.

Review: I purchased their product on 01/**/2014. The product was returned on Feb [redacted], 2014 to get me a refund of $55.95 to include shipping. At this present day I have not got my refund. I e mailed them from their website and requested for the refund. They gave me an excuse telling me they had illness or the flu or something. They have a policy saying if for any reasons I can return it for a refund proving the product is still in new condition. I never used it and didn't want it. So, I received the RMA number and retuned it. all I want is my refund.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $55.95. I want it today. I waited long enough. They seem to be playing with me.

Review: I ordered 2 Nylon Magazine Pocket Protectors..... one for a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380, and one for a Smith & Wesson Shield 9MM. The product for the Shield was too big, and did not retain the magazine. I reached out to the company 5 times using their online form (the only way to contact them) asking for the procedure to replace the defective unit with one that actually worked, but never heard back from them. It has been several weeks since I first contacted them with no response.Desired Settlement: I simply want the Magazine Pocket Protector replaced for my Shield 9MM.

Review: I ordered and received a holster for my hand gun on 1/*/2015. I order a Sneaky Pete holder over a year ago. I arrived in about a week. Very much satisfied. Have ordered two more for other guns.

Review: I ordered a leather concealed carry holster designed to fit a certain model firearm. I received the holster on April [redacted]. I made contact with customer service, the same day, the dialog began. I included pictures to show the item was not as advertised. They said they were in the process of manufacturing a holster in a little larger size, they thought would work for my purpose. We agreed they would send me a replacement. Since the agreement, Note copy of last email received on 4/**/2014

........................... "OK sounds good :) I have set up a reship in our system to go out to you asap. because it is a new size and we are working on it, I can't promise a date but hope for a few weeks, but please bear with us as it might take longer.

With the new holster inside the package I will also include a prepaid return envelope for the holster you have now. when you received the new holster I ask that you please drop the holster in a mail box back to us using the included envelope?

I have written Sneaky Pete on numerous occasions requesting an update on status. To date over 6 weeks later I have not received the replacement, and shipping label as agreed. Proof of agreement above. I have not received any response to any of my emails since the final agreed resolution. I would have called the company, but for some reason they will not post a phone number on the web site to allow that.Desired Settlement: My desire is, for the company to complete this agreement, as we agreed. However, if they can not comply with the terms of their agreement, I would request a full refund to include shipping, and a return label mailed to my address so I can return the product. I purchased in good faith based on their web site, and all I ever wanted was the product as ordered.

Review: I purchased two items totaling 87 dollars in change I recieved conformation on my items being shipped and I tracked them days later cause my items never showed up. The items I purchased ping ponged all over the place when my items reach my towns mailing shipping station it said that my package had a insufficient address at that point it went back out to the company and I never recieved my items . So I contacted the company about the issue and the lady I spoke with she informed me that she would send my items to me when they come in as a reship and I would recieved them in two or three days. Again that never happened and I get no response about my items when I send emails to the companyDesired Settlement: If I don't recieved my order I want my money back a 100%

Review: I ordered a holster from Sneaky Pete on 10/**/2013, order [redacted]. I received the order the end of October. I ordered a brown leather holster for a Ruger SR40c. The holster I was sent was black, and did not fit my gun. I contacted them by email as they have no phone number. I finally received an email response from someone named [redacted] on 10/**. She said she would look in to it. She asked me the number on the box, which was 07 L. I have not heard anything back since that time.Desired Settlement: I would really like the correct holster. A brown holster that correctly fits a Ruger SR40C.

The business does not have a phone number. After repeated email contacts I received a request for pictures of the product and a more detailed explanation. I sent that the same day. It was over a week before I heard back from the. I ordered a brown holster for my firearm. I was shipped a black holster that did not fit the firearm. They finally offered to refund my money. I shipped the product back at my expense. Ten days later I received a partial refund, I paid $61.05 for the product. I was reimbursed $54.95 with no explanation. Although I will accept this refund and move on, I will advise everyone I talk to of their horrible customer service.
