This is for the *** al franchise I have already filed with FTC and I am pursuing a lawsuit if this is not solved ASAP
I went to chevron in ***,al and bought an energy suppliment that cost $22 When I got home I realized
that the bottle had been tampered with the original contents was taken out and 4 blue unknown pills were
inside. I immediately went back to the store to alert them of the problem and get a bottle that had what I
was originally trying to purchase. I was treated like a criminal and told to leave. They refuse to let me
speak to the owner or give me his number and its very very disturbing to think how many other people
have been scammed. Someone could die if they are alergic to whatever pills they are replacing in those
bottles. Ive tried for a month to get a replacement or refund and they cuss me out or hang up on me. $22 is
a lot of money to throw away.
I want what I went in to purchase! They are rude and hang up on me when I call and refuse to let me speak to owner

I have contacted Mr *** by phone to let him know I do not nor have ever owned the Sneaky Pete's located at the Chevron in *** Al. You can contact Corporate; SP Foods ;at *** XXXXX. The owner is *** and I am certain he will address this with the franchisee.
