We have reached out to Mr. & Mrs. Greene to take the appropriate corrective action. The customer is clearly justified in their dissatisfaction. One of of installation crews utilized an unsanctioned and unauthorized installation technique to install the Greene's windows. This...
technique left exposed screws on the interior of the home that greatly detracts from the finished appearance. To correct the issue properly we at Renewal by Andersen of Houston must re-order all four of the windows that were originally installed, and install the newly manufactured units utilizing the approved factory installation techniques. Renewal by Andersen of Houston will absorb 100% of the costs associated with this corrective action.
