Contacted company to provide appliance repair. I gave the company a deposit on the repairs and the repairs have not been completed.My home warranty company (2-10 [redacted] put me in contact with Sneed's to obtain service on my refrigerator - specifically the ice dispenser. When calling to request service, I told them EXACTLY what was wrong with the ice dispenser. A technician was dispatched within a couple of days to verify my information, verify my diagnosis, gather the model number of the refrigerator, and collect a $75 deposit on the repair. I paid the deposit and the technician told me that they would order the parts and come back to complete the repairs when the parts arrived. They never came back. I called to see why and they said that the repairs were not covered under the home warranty so the repair order was canceled (without asking me). I indicated that, covered or not, the repairs needed to be completed and asked that they order the parts and schedule the repair. They said they would... but didn't. I called again and they said they had no record of my previous call. I asked again that they order the parts and schedule the repair. They said they would... but didn't. I called again and this time asked to speak with the owner. I was told that the owner was unavailable so I asked to leave a message. I left a message for the owner and asked that he call me. I heard nothing. I called back every day for 3 days in a row and asked for the owner but he was never available. I left messages but my calls were never returned and I have heard nothing from them.Desired SettlementI would like the job to be finished (repair the refrigerator) or return the $75 deposit for the repairs.
