I am rejecting this response because:
I did not yell at Mr***, that is a lie. I have a recording of the conversationsThe chain of events he speaks of are out of orderI only asked for
my money back after I left his propertyI do not want to speak to him again, as fear of being assaultedI have had this work done before and it only cost around $from a machine shopThe time of work that they put into the bolts is excessiveThey had the truck for over a week. If they couldn’t have done it, they should’ve told me that this work was over their head and they weren’t qualified to do the workI personally believe the only leak that existed was the first oneWhen I picked up the vehicle and took it home, I noticed it was a little bit low on antifreezeI thought it was air bubbles or something settlingI filled it up again and noticed it was still leakingI believe it is possible that they caused the second leakWhen I picked up the vehicle the first time, they mentioned I should change the oilI went on 4/and got the oil changed and the shop told me the air filter was clogged with dirtWhen I dropped the truck off at ***’s the first time I asked them to make sure the vehicle was road readyClearly they didn’t even check the filterThey charged me for a diagnostic, but I’m assuming that they only ran it on the antifreeze/coolant systemThey should’ve pointed out the air filter issue when I asked if it was road ready and when they mentioned the oil change needed to be doneThere were metal shavings in the oil during the oil change, the only thing I can think of to cause that would have been from them drilling the intake manifold bolts in the beginningThey didn’t mention that either. I haven’t driven the vehicle since, because I am afraid of the damage that could have been doneNow the truck has more problems than when I filed the complaint with the Revdex.comI do not know the price as of this timeI would like ***’s pay for them to replace my motor now
