Review: [redacted] began work on my kitchen- and after receiving payment, he failed to answer emails or phone calls... and never returned to finish his work. I now need to hire an additional carpenter to fix the work he did incorrectly, and finish the work he started.Desired Settlement: I'd like [redacted] to come and complete the job he started.

Review: Business received $450 deposit (half) for work agreed upon. Although some scheduling issues came up on both sides, business fell out of contact and did not return MANY documented attempts at contact to determine timetable for completion of work. Business only responded when threat of legal action was brought up- stating he was away and unable to perform work, although he was actively and repeatedly posting for services on [redacted] during this time period. One last attempt at contact made after he was supposedly "getting back"- still no response.Desired Settlement: We simply want our deposit back, or materials he claims to have already purchased for job plus remaining deposit balance, so we can move on to doing business with a more reliable and professional business.
