NO Surprise here...  worst customer we have had in 10 years....... Blamed us for the poor work of the previous contact who left paint on areas of the home.Complained about everything thru the entire job...  demanded  4/5 returns to address imaginary flawsNo areas were missed.......

I personally inspected this job when it was complete & found it to be satisfactory in every wayMrs [redacted] claims Jaime is rude because he does do what she wants...  he does what the contact statesThis is a really crazy person......OUR Warrantee:    exactly as it appears in her contract: All newly painted or stained surfaces are guaranteed against paint failure for a period of (5) years. If ourpaint or stain peels away from the paint or stain to which it was applied, we will touch-up that area at no cost to the Ownerfor a period of five (5) years. Paint or stain peeling down to raw wood/ metal, mold & mildew problems, moistureproblems, tannic acid problems & normal wear & tear excluded.  Deck surfaces are not included in our warrantee. This warrantee is non-transferable and is void unless contact has been paid in full.  Because she did not pay her contact amount in full.....  contact amount was $ 3,695.  She paid $ 3,295. demanding a $ 400.00 discount..  therefore are reading of the warrantee is thatSHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTEE COVERAGE ANYWAY.....We will return to her home to do touch up painting under her direction for $ 45.00 per man hr plus the cost of all materials provided.....  NO OTHER WAYIf she persists with this meritless complaint we will refer this matter to our attorneys....Barry S[redacted]

Snider painting hasn't made any effort to get in touch with me about fixing repairs. The only option that they presented was to charge me 45 dollars an hour to fix the repairs which should be covered in their warranty. The other statement they made was that I'm crazy. Im upset not crazy. The reason that my estimate was reduced by 400 dollars was they were suppose to remove my windows from the home but they never did. They sent several different crews to paint the house over a span of three weeks. They have threatened me with calling their lawyer well I can do the same.

Review: My home was painted two years ago by Snider Painting. From the beginning I had issues with this company( from paint on the brick, shutters falling off house, and paint peeling all over house, parts of the house never painted). The warranty is for 5years but of course their warranty doesn't reallymean anything! When I have contacted the general manager Jamie Garcia to fix issues his response has always been in his rude manner that it isn't covered in the warranty. The final straw was I contacted him this week to explain my issues again and his explanation was that again it is not covered in the warranty.Do not use this company!! You will be totally disappointed with their workmanship.Desired Settlement: Please come back and fix the issues on my home properly instead of being rude and saying they are not covered in the warranty.

Our experience with Snider Painting was at best frustrating. After three plus months of waiting to have our living room painted, we have finally given up. We received a proposal to do the job from Barry [redacted] in late May. The proposal was clear on what the job would be, what Snider would do and how much it would cost. No mention in the agreement was made about when it would be done, but in our conversations we were told "it would be soon." After weeks of little or no response to emails, we did hear from Snider they would come to paint if it rained. Indeed it was a dry summer, but when we had the first rainy day this week, we were told that Snider's interior painters didn't want to work on the day after Labor Day. As of today, we still had no date. I talked with Larry [redacted] today, and he hung up on me after I registered my displeasure. It is obvious that are job ($500 for one coat, $1,000 for two) was too small to be other than maybe "we'll do it when we feel like it." When we informed Barry [redacted] over the phone today about our displeasure, he said we had a difference of opinion and hung up.
