I booked a stay for my dog at this boarding kennel a week in advanceTheir website advertises that each overnight package includes dog daycare subject to a temperament test On the day of checkin, I was informed that daycare was not automatically included in the packageThey told me daycare was booked out for weeks and that he would be placed on the waitlistTurns out, daycare is actually subject to availabilityThis was not mentioned on the site, on the phone when I booked, or in conformation details I received After I contacted them about the discrepancy, they told me that my dog was not actually suitable for daycareThe explicitly said he was not a danger to other dogs or humans and that he couldn't participate in daycare because he exhibited signs of anxiety and discomfort in a new situationI suspect the outcome of his daycare test was influenced by my complaint They've apologized to me for "miscommunication" rather than the misrepresentation of their services

We have spoken to this client several times and have addressed their concerns and the misunderstandings they had about our services. They seemed satisfied at check out (and after this complaint was submitted) and we have also made adjustments to our website in lieu of their complaints to make clear...

up any future misunderstandings existing and potential new clients may have in the future. We are a small family run business and take our reputation very seriously so we do everything possible to clear up any confusions any customers may have. We believe we have done that but welcome further feedback if this customer does not feel that way. This complaint did come in before we resolved with the customer so we think they just did not pull complaint down. We never aim to take advantage of any client and feel terrible about the misunderstanding that lead to this customer feeling this way however we will do whatever necessary to clear up and to make it right. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Corey M[redacted]
