I've read her statements and yes they are correct After talking to various other workroom associates and discussing the problems with the draperies the conclusion is that the fabric is the problem I have made draperies with a fabric similar to the one she brought in and had no problems with them at all But the fabric was ordered from one of my suppliers and had no problems with the way they were hanging Customer was told draperies would not hang exactly like the other window because they had no vanes to keep them structured She said ok she could understand that I changed those drapes times and there is nothing wrong with the workmanship or the construction of them. After bringing them back the last time, she waited months to come in again and asked for that refund I did tell her I would credit her the labor but not the rod or lining If you read the contract I have no obligation to refund her any amount at all Since she has an issue she should look into where she bought her fabric After attempts at trying to please her and not succeeding I am compelled to think there is no pleasing her She kept telling me over and over how it only took one unhappy customer to ruin someones reputation So with that being said I am no longer willing to work with her and I will no longer offer her a credit. This has already been referred to my attorney[redacted] Snip N Tuck Creations

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would understand a bit about the fabric if she would have not sent me to either [redacted] [redacted] to purchase from themIf she would have had something comparable I would have preferred to get from herAs I have stated before I also bought a 1/yard of the fabric and took it to her and ask if it would make good drappery and she said it would look beautifulI would think with her experience she would be able to tell me if the fabric was not rightThat is part of why I you go to someone with experience and not just anyone working out of her home She never said that the fabric was not good she only told me how much to orderIf she knew the fabric was not good and they would not look good WHY did she make them? She never said anything about the fabric till the 4th visit when I told her I showed fabric and pictures to the interior decorators at [redacted] and they both said the fabric was not for drapes I also have bought fabric from the same place and had a master bed room set comforter , dust ruffle and decretive pillows made by another interior decorator and they look beautifulI also understood that the drapery would not look the same as the other widow because the other is a sliding glass door and has [redacted] vertical [redacted] blindsI was very understanding with her trying to right the problem which was not just the wrinkles in the fabric but the fact that there way to much fabric so the pleats didn't hang well and the drapes didn't close all the way That problem is POOR workmanshipThe reason I waited a month is because she told me to wait a bit to see if they would hang better after a bit So I didI only said that I owned businesses and understand that if you didn't give good service and stand behind you product that word of mouth could make or break you businessI was quite willing to eat the $that I payed for the fabric but I do feel that I should be refunded the $for the rod and her labor The bottom line is she should have said if she thought the fabric was going to be a problem because she is supposed to be the expert and I was not .If she had problems with where to buy the fabric why did she suggest those placesI will not ever use her or suggest her business to anyoneI feel it was to big a job for her and she didn't know what she was doing but didn't want to not do the business! I have never had this kind of problem with a business before If this cannot be resolved through the Revdex.com I will contact my attorneyI will wait for a replay.Regards, [redacted]

I've read her statements and yes they are correct.  After talking to various other workroom associates and discussing the problems with the draperies the conclusion is that the fabric is the problem.  I have made draperies with a fabric similar to the one she brought in and had no problems...

with them at all.  But the fabric was ordered from one of my suppliers and had no problems with the way they were hanging.  Customer was told draperies would not hang exactly like the other window because they had no vanes to keep them structured.  She said ok she could understand that.  I changed those drapes 3 times and there is nothing wrong with the workmanship or the construction of them. After bringing them back the last time, she waited months to come in again and asked for that refund.  I did tell her I would credit her the labor but not the rod or lining.  If you read the contract I have no obligation to refund her any amount at all.  Since she has an issue she should look into where she bought her fabric.  After 4 attempts at  trying to please her and not succeeding I am compelled to think there is no pleasing her.  She kept telling me over and over how it only took one unhappy customer to ruin someones reputation.  So with that being said I am no longer willing to work with her and I will no longer offer her a credit. This has already been referred to my attorney.[redacted]Snip N Tuck Creations

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would understand a bit about the fabric if she would have not sent me to either [redacted] to purchase from them. If she would have had something comparable I would have preferred to get from her. As I have stated before I also bought a 1/4 yard of the fabric and took it to her and ask if it would make good drappery and she said it would look beautiful. I would think with her experience she would be able to tell me if the fabric was not right. That is part of why I you go to someone with experience and not just anyone working out of her home.  She never said that the fabric was not good she only told me how much to order. If she knew the fabric was not good and they would not look good WHY did she make them?  She never said anything about the fabric till the 4th visit when I told her I showed fabric and pictures to the interior decorators at [redacted] and they both said the fabric was not for drapes I also have bought fabric from the same place and had a master bed room set comforter , dust ruffle and decretive pillows made by another interior decorator and they look beautiful.. I also understood that the drapery would not look the same as the other widow because the  other is a  sliding glass door and has [redacted] vertical [redacted] blinds. I was very understanding with her trying to right the problem which was not just the wrinkles in the fabric but the fact that there way to much fabric so the pleats didn't hang well and the drapes didn't close all the way . That problem is POOR workmanship. The reason I waited a month is because she told me to wait a bit to see if they would hang better after a bit . So I did. I only said that I owned 2 businesses and understand that if you didn't give good service and stand behind you product that word of mouth could make or break you business. I was quite willing to eat the $309.00 that I payed for the fabric but I do feel that I should be refunded the $500.00 for the rod and her labor.  The bottom line is she should have said if she thought the  fabric was going to be a problem because she is supposed to be the expert and I was not .If she had problems with where to buy the fabric why did she suggest those 3 places. I will not ever use her or suggest her business  to anyone. I feel it was to big a job for her and she didn't know what she was doing but didn't want to not do the business!  I have never had this kind of problem with a business before.  If this cannot be resolved through the Revdex.com I will contact my attorney.
