Review: On July 2, 2013 I sent $545 to SNL Financial for a subscription to their publication "Thrift Investor". SNL advised me on July 10 that the "Thrift Investor" was no longer published. I requested a refund on July 12 and again on July 25. On July 29 [redacted] advised that he was acting on my request but I have not received a refund.BTW: I subscribed to this expensive publication from approx. 1995 to 2012 and have also purchased other services from SNL. I have always been satisfied with their products.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund cheque for $545 sent to me in the coming days.

After speaking to [redacted] from the company on 9/10/13 he stated the customer was issued a refund on 8/23/13.
