Called Snobswap to purchase a jacket on sale and was treated nicely by a manager who walked me through the process Haven't received a tracking number yet Waiting on the tracking number which I thought would be given to me immediately for the expensive item which was on "sale." Will update when I get the tracking numberIronically, I had inquired about a franchise and was called by the VP who told me that Snobswap and Snobswap, Incwere not connected The management employee, however, told me that the number which called me was from their company Snobswap, Inc Which is it, a part of Snobswap, Incor not? I have no beef with these people, just was asking a few questions to start my online store, and then I was attacked for wanting to do business with someone who had a complaint "Why would you want to do business with someone has a Revdex.com complaint?" Hmmm I do hope that they will send the tracking number and the item Thanks

Thank you for your time this morning I apologize for not responding sooner to this complaint We moved locations and we did not receive your letters until today Our new address is *** * *** *** *** ***, Washington DC ***
*** *** ***'s complaint that was filed on 4/10/was resolved as quickly as possible on 4/23/ *** *** complained that she received an item not as described from a seller on Snobswap.com After careful review and communications with *** *** and the seller, it turned out that the seller made an honest mistake and simply sent the wrong itemIn conclusion, *** *** was refunded and she received a pre-paid shipping label to return the item It took less than weeks, a reasonably amount of time, for our team to process the complaint which included reviewing the complaint, contacting the seller, authenticating the bracelet, providing the buyer a refund and sending her a free return shipping label
We are very sorry that *** *** did not have a good experience with this order, however, we have successfully resolved the situation and earned *** ***'s confidence again as she has made purchases after this order I have attached correspondence between our customer service department and *** *** to show that the issue was resolved

I used snobswap to purchase pairs of sunglassesThe first pair were purchased in one orderOne pair wasn't available, but snobswap refunded me the total amount of the orderThis created a hold up with the second pairI reached out to CS via email and received no responseI reached out via phone and was told it would be looked into and they'd get back to meI never received any follow upI decided to go contact the seller of the second pair directlyI saw they have a main website and the same sunglasses I wanted are listed for $less on their site than they are on snobswap! I purchased the other sunglasses directly from their main site rather than deal with snobswap furtherThat was a no hassle transactionTo this day, I still have not received any follow up from snobswap and that second pair of sunglasses is still "reviewing" in my purchase listThe third pair of sunglasses were purchased and shipped in less than a week, but the status of that order was never updated to shippedIt arrived Friday and the order status is still "confirmed."
I would not shop with snobswap againTheir customer service is non existent, they failed to resolve my issue, and they significantly mark up the prices of what they sellIf I were to have gone straight to the sites of each seller on snobswap, I can score the same items for a much lower price

I have been a Snobswap customer for a couple of years and my experience with each transaction has been nothing but smooth and pleasant. My orders have always arrived in the timeframe promised and in the condition as described. Any questions/inquiries I had were responded to in a timely manner. The staff at Snobswap are always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful...true professionals!
