I am rejecting this response
because:To date, I have not been contacted by Steve nor Jeff. Jeff is the person who sold us the unit and Steve has come out in the past several times and made adjustments but the system still isn't correct. We have been more than patient with this company and not received a permanent fix. The units and labor are under warranty and the company is not making good on their agreement.

complaint ID *** It's kind of a terse response so I'm not quite sure of what to make of it The check's amount ($250) is more than adequate to cover my loss of time Was it intended to cover the overcharge for not fixing the second (slow ignition) problem?I just have a couple of questions with regard to the state that my furnace is in:1) Am I on my own to address the slow ignition (with another company) or does Snohomish Heating wish to finish what they started? 2) Should I install the grommet (which was recently found near my water heater) or does Snohomish Heating wish to finish what they started? Hi I've talked to Rachel the one at the office that was in charge of this customer. What she told me is that after the work was done the customer didn't have the money to pay us in full. She only paid one payment of 41.00 and one for 100.00. They were intending on sending a different tech out but...

she said she had another company come out and service the equipment. That being said the tech we had go out has been fired for several reasons one being he is lazy and wasn't wiping down the equipment after he serviced them or putting on a service sticker. Our policy is if a customer complains we make it right. I feel we should have just refunded her partial payment in the first place to avoid a black mark on our record. I'm having Rachel send her a check for the 141.00 thank you Jeff H[redacted], president

Here is the situation. I have not been running this company for 3 years, my business partner Steve O[redacted] has. I had no idea [redacted] was having issues with his equipment or service for it. When I did I tried to get my partner to go out and repair it. He has since left the company. I can't work on heat pumps myself so I hired [redacted] to go repair it free of charge. When [redacted] the owner of [redacted] called [redacted] he was told by [redacted] that he had hired a lawyer. He then said are you sure you want to get involved in this. [redacted] hearing the word Lawyer said no. Now Like I said I am willing to pay someone to go repair it but [redacted] can't talk them out of it. Also I called [redacted] after this happened and left him a voicemail as to what my circumstances are. I am doing the best I can and yes Steve was doing a horrible job but he's gone now. Obviously [redacted] wants revenge for the horrible service but I just want to make it right. And is it really necessary to post all the bad reviews. I know okay. I'm trying. Jeff

I am rejecting this response because:Where to start???  This is not "revenge", this is holding you accountable Jeff!  More excuses from you but glad that you're starting to take some action here.  Its about time!  However, your account of the [redacted] conversation is flawed and I never received a personal call from you with any voicemails left.  Its funny, I cant get Snohomish heating to call or come out but randomly got a call from [redacted]?  Thanks for the heads up Jeff.  Unfortunately you did not provide [redacted] the history so when I gave it to them over the phone they opted to walk away.  I'm not surprised...  I never spoke to the owner, it was a female scheduler that I spoke with.  I never told her I had hired a lawyer either. I told her we were going to have to seek litigation if Jeff and Snohomish Heating would not make good on their guarantees. In case we are still counting, the heat pump froze up again last week and the emergency heat never came on.  We are still facing the same issues.As for the reviews being posted in this thread, it validates our credibility and not yours Jeff.  There are more people out there that have an issue with your service than don't.  Whats that tell you?  Just take care of the customer and it would all go away.  With the units under warranty by the manufacture and the labor from your company, I cant believe we are still fighting to get you to take care of this. Please call me to switch out our equipment - my number is in your system and deeper in this thread but just in case is [redacted]  In the event you lost that one again you can also dial our home number at [redacted]. No more excuses Jeff...Just make it right.
