[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] ***(503) 682-2333Revdex.comPO Box 1000DuPont, WA 98327Thursday, January 21, 2016Dear [redacted] ,This letter is in response to the complaint submitted on 1/11/with the ID number [redacted] .We are familiar with [redacted] 's complaintAs explained to [redacted] and her husband numerous times,the discounted rate they were charged is only valid when paid for a week in advanceWhen they wereunable to pay in advance they were charged the detault published rateA few times the front desk clerktook pity on them and gave them a nightly discounted rateUnfortunately, they then felt the normalrate should not apply to them and were upset they were not receiving a discount all of the timeWeunderstand they had a difficult monetary situation but unfortunately they become entitled.The rooms [redacted] stayed in are olderAs is the entire hotelThis is why we are the cheapesthotel in the cityWe have never made any claims that our rooms are updatedThe entire hotel wasrecently inspected by the fire services department on 11/20/If the rooms were perceived to be ashorrible as stated in the complaint, the client had many opportunities to move elsewhere, yet theyrepeatedly asked to stay longer.The maids are instructed to not disturb the tenants when the Do Not Disturb sign is postedThis signwas posted everyday except Sunday on Ms [redacted] 's door.Ms [redacted] knew the daily rates, knew the condition of the room, continued to stay here and wereeventually asked to vacate the premises when they were unable to pay the nightly advertised rateWealso have all of the receipts showing the nightly advertised rateAny night that differed from this was adiscounted rate, not excessive as claimed by the clientWe understand they are in financial need butare unable to process a refund at this time.Thank you for your inquiry.Sincerely, Jong K [redacted] Snooz Inn
