we were exchanging for her , costs $30.00 less than the large, so we refunded her that difference in price. We issued her the credit and then shipped out the medium she requested on UPS tracking number [redacted]. We are sorry that were not more clear on our process. She received the exchange item on 6/10/16 via UPS. Had the customer reached out to us with her confusion, instead of opening this ticket, we would have explained it to her better at that time.
