My phone number (the one they call) is blocked by them!
I joined up with them with a yearly subscription (not a free account) in February of '20.
Suddenly my wake-up calls stopped coming; at first I thought it was a glitch of some kind, but on logging into my account I find that they have blocked my phone number and I cannot re-enter it. So-far, they have NOT answered my support requests. Not sure what's going on with this company, but I am forced to close my account with them and find a different wake-up call provider. A shame as the system USED to work well.

They set up an account linked to my email & phone with a disgusting user name. ( Should have been a security flag ). My family is now being harassed & woken from the other side of the world. We are in the UK at 5.45am yesterday & 4.45am this morning. Even though they stated they closed the account yesterday. No checks & balances. All you need is someones email & phone number to join them to Snoozester & start harassing them. Their website states they check the phone number logged. DID NOT HAPPEN. They set up an account with a vile user name then emailef me welcoming me under that name. You cannot close it as you dont have the password. The devious person setting up has. Snoozesters security is disgusting. I asked them by customer support by return of email to close. No reply & was abruptly woken at 5.45am the next morning. I then had to log in under the vile user name and hit forgotten password to close the account I did not set up. Later yesterday customer support emailed me to say they see I had managed to close it & would delete my number from their records. This morning after these promises woken at 4.45 am with another call from the USA. Even though they have closed they say on their site they keep your records & pass on to affeliate companies. I NEVER SET UP THE ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Totally insecure site not protecting people or carrying out checks & balanced allwing harassment to innocent people. Disguting security.

Review: For almost 4 weeks I have trying to contact the support department as I have not been receiving my wake up calls as scheduled. I have had this service since 2005 and am well aware how to schedule a call to wake me up. I have only been contacted once and they said my phone was probably busy which is why I did not get the calls. I have call waiting so my phone wouldnt be busy, nothing has changed on my end. they state that their records show I have been getting my wake up calls. My account shows that I havent so Im not sure where they are seeing that I have been getting them. Also the credits I purchase have not gone down at all. If I had been receiving the calls then my credits would be going down daily as they always have, and they havent. I am paying for a service that is not doing anything and they wont look into it, fix it or even get back to me. This is not the way to treat a long term customer.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix the problem and get back to me. I need these services and would like to continue to use them but I dont like to be called a liar and told they are working when they arent. I would like them to fix this, if they wont then I would like the money back I have pre paid for the services I have not been getting the past month from them

Well, I can see from Prior posts/complaints, that the “CEO” doesn’t actually have an acceptable “Grasp” of grammar or punctuation, that in itself, Should Be cause for concern, of “legitimacy” of Any CEO and it’s Company!
