dryer is located further away from the exhausting point than normal so the kit was not long enough. Our drivers then had to use her existing vent instead. They took the existing vent off her old dryer and attached it to the new dryer, they would not have had to touch the window. This vent is something that is part of her house. I then received a call from Ms. [redacted] that the vent had come detached after the drivers had left. I offered to send our delivery supervisor back out to reattach at no charge as quickly as we could get him there. She was not happy with this and declined. I offered to come back and pick up the dryer and give her a full refund. We had it on our schedule to do so and then she called back a few days before to cancel.
