This man is a rip off artist! His name is Phillip Tabone. Do not trust this company or this person. He has called me millions of times and claimed he was someone else most of the time. He claims the company is out of Ohio, not DuBois. He did not install the proper 2 screen doors that I wanted, also installed one of the doors while I was not home. Not to mention, the installation was very unprofessional. I was charged $1480 for 2 screen doors that were total junk. I took him to the magistrate and I won judgement however, he appealed that decision and then it went into a mediation where it was agreed that he had to pay me back half of that money. well I have never seen a penny, so I took it to the judge. this guy isn't getting off on this. I will fight him until the end. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN, THERE IS NO COMPANY! HE IS A RIP OFF ARTIST! PLEASE PASS THE WORD TO ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING HIM TO DO WORK! IF ANYONE HAS ANYMORE INFO ON THIS PHILLIP TABONE CHARACTER, LET ME KNOW! TWO THUMBS DOWN!

Review: Snow King put metal roof on my trailer in November 2015. Called me almost every day until paperwork was signed for them to do the work. We had big snowfall end of January, beginning of February which accumulated on the roof. As the snow melted, it pulled the exhaust vents loose or off on the roof. Call to Snow King in February, ghey advised they were not working until the spring and I should get someone locally and they would pay the bill. An estimate I received was for $1200. Call to Snow King to let them know, he stated the company was only trying to make a big job out of it and I should wait for them to start working when the weather got nice. I have made numerous calls and either left message on machine or talked to a woman on 2 occasions to give my information and was to have a return call. Received no calls. In 2 occasions I was able to talk to a man that sounded like the man who continually called me when I was deciding if I wanted this company to do the roof. 1 time he said he was warehouse worker who answered the phone and the other time he was the answering service. Received a call on July 2nd around 8am stating they would be down the next time they had a rain day. As of today, the 15th, still no one here. I'm concerned that rain can get in under and cause problems, Snow King without looking at the roof, says that won't happen.Desired Settlement: Would like the company to come back and fix the vents on my roof. The roof is to be guaranteed.

Review: I had Snow King come out to the house and give me a solution to why I was having a leak on my front porch that is against the house and they explained that the roof on the porch was cracked and that they were going to cap the ends of the gutter that ran along the front of the house/back of porch and put gutter guards on the gutter and that this would resolve the issue. After service was done we had a rain fall and the leak was still there so I called the rep that came out in the first place and all he kept saying was so you don't want to pay the rest of the bill and I explained to him that it had nothing to do with that and that he never caped the gutter and would he please come out and do as he promised and he told me and my daughter that he was putting a lien on my home. I then called the supervisor at Snow King and he was also rude at first and kept saying the same thing the rep said about paying the remaining bill which I have no intentions of not paying and have put $2000.00 down and a remaining balance of $700.00 and have made my payments as promised. My daughter and I was trying to explain to the supervisor that the Rep said he was going to cap the gutter and that this would help correct the leak but he didn't and the supervisor said to us to give the company a call in the spring and maybe they will come out but they are not coming back now because it was too far.

I have paid for something and want it done as explained and promised and would much appreciate the professional respect that they should give.Desired Settlement: To come back and finish the job by capping the gutter as promised and that I have paid for.
