Snow Landscape

Gave Snow Landscape $17,000 to have our backyard landscaped. After three months of a total clown show I am now staring at brown grass and dead plants. The owner, Don S[redacted], has miserable communication skills and appears angry every time you try to talk to him. He is incompetent. He failed to set the sprinkler system correctly and over saturated the ground resulting in a two week delay before sod could be put down. Then he connected the sprinkler system directly to the pool power system without talking to me about it or labeling it correctly and the pool service company accidentally turned off the sprinklers due to his inability to communicate or plan competently. As I was away on business the lawn was not watered for a week and subsequently died. I tried to get him to document this for me so I could get reimbursement from the pool company. He said he would send me an email three times then never did. He set up the drip system incorrectly as well and now most of the plants are over watered and dying and the outer edge of my lawn everywhere is a soggy muddy mess. His workers literally do nothing until he arrives on scene. My wife and I had the privilege of watching through our back window as one of his workers deliberately pantomimed how lazy he was as he moved in slow motion for fellow workers and then proceeded to sit down and do nothing for two hours. They also have no problem cursing and telling obscene jokes as my young children listen shocked in the house.
Don realizes how much he screwed up my backyard and is now afraid to communicate with me though he was happy to cash my check. I hired another landscaper who can't believe how poor a job Snow Landscape did. Don [redacted] has cost me thousands of dollars and will likely do the same to you. I wish I had never used Snow Landscape and advise anybody who needs landscaping to steer clear of Don S[redacted] and his incompetence, random anger, immaturity, and greed.
