I did receive this complaint via a phone call to our guest services deptI called Mr*** and addressed it over the phone
with him on sept 5thHe explained his concerns to me and I completely understood and have addressed them with more signage to help guests navigate while on our permit are and have spoken to the SoCalMountain Foundation (group that maintains and establishes signs in the National Forest)about building a comprehensive sign plan for the entire south shore trail networkWe are also completing the construction of a beginner trailWe have also half completed with a intermediate trail and will be starting construction on a second intermediate trailI offered to have him as a guest back at our resort when these trails are completed to show him the changes
