About a week ago Snow's contacted us and said they would be coming to finish the work this week They did arrive
"border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-">on Wednesday and finished all the work with the exception of fixing the filter basket for the pond pumping system *** *** indicated they had to order a new part to complete that portion of the work
At this point, we are please to report that the majority of the work has been completed Once the pump has been fixed, I will let you know
Even though Snow's did not respond to you, I believe that filing this complaint was what caused the actions to be taken Thanks you for your help
