Snowbird Express Auto Transport picked up my car for transport from Hallandale Beach, FL 'to
Mahwah , NJ. Before I gave them the car I took a photo of my odometer it read 18,857- I was told they could not drive the auto transport vehicle to my address because of traffic laws and that it was left 3 miles away and that he ( *** the owner) would have to drive my car to the vehicle- when I received my car in NJ the odometer read 18,921 ( I have Photos submitted to the Florida Transportation Dept) My car was driven almost 70 miles without my permission-
I don't know under what circumstances my car was used or if it was subject to traffic violations or infractions- worst of all I could be held liable if involved in an accident. When I confronted the owner *** who transported it on a carrier to NJ- he claimed that the car was in his lot and he knew nothing yet the car never should have been in the lot, it should have been on the transport carrier. I sent photos to their office in Jupiter and have not heard from them they lie, they cheat and they risk the welfare of their clients.
Refund I want a complete refund- I would never hand the keys to my car, with all of the liability involved, to a stranger who is not listed as a driver on my insurance.They played russian roulette with my car, my situation and my finances. If there had been an accident I would be liable to all parties involved. Their behavior is despicable, unprofessional and libelous.
