I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this company I had purchased a heated jacket for my wife for Christmas through Amazon I had purchased it October 28, It was a surprise for her As it turns out, on Christmas morning, the jacket was the wrong size I attempted to return to for refund and purchase another size and they rejected my request They said their policy was to return within days no questions and that all of Amazon returns are days! This is obviously not true Furthermore, they said that this was the only size they sell so I couldn't do an exchange I guess I got penalized for doing my Christmas shopping a little early and am out $
