I was thinking that using a mover would be too expensive and I had no idea how I could get this move doneI could not do it myself as I am simply past the age of being able to handle that and I did not want to be a burden and ask my familySo I searched and searched for a mover and decided on going with LV Moving Co because they had a great price and alot of positive reviewsI am glad I chose them because the the move went good as wished it would and the price was affordableThan You LV
LV Moving is the very WORST and I would NOT recommend them to anyone Upon delivery, before any items were removed from the truck, the driver wanted his payment in cash and had me sign the delivery receipt form He refused to go over the check list to match all the items I was assured the my move would be direct and not unloaded and repacked I know this is untrue as the movers brought in bedroom furniture that wasn't mine in the middle of unloading If my move was not unloaded and reloaded, there would be no possible way for someone else's belongings to be mixed with mine In addition to the movers damaging furniture, I'm missing several boxes that they are refusing to make restitution Items in the boxes were irreplaceable and I'm just livid that this has happened BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!!!!!
My first contact with LV Moving was with a gal named *** her can do attitude and great demeanor won me over I set up my transfer of items from Arizona to Oregon I then had some issues with the date come up and Carmen took over my business Once again, great attitude and wonderful response
I am currently waiting to hear back about a few items that received some damage but am quite positive that they will handle it to my satisfaction I would highly recommend them again for their professionalism
We have a bdrm home and a lot of belongingsThe sales guide told me he would give me affirm price and commited to it.I will not hesitate to hire them again.They took care of my possessions and exceeded my expectations.It was worth spending the money
My experience was SO BAD had to pay extra upon the day of pick up and on the day of delivery ( I am taking hundreds of dollars )They did not deliver on the requested date and had week delay with themthey want you to be on their timeI was forced to pick up their driver in my personal car at pm and they did not even deliver on that night.They forced me to leave work next day to come home with very short notice and if I don't show up or follow their short notice time/date then I have to pay fine of $ every hour ( Sure I was never told about any fine before that time)Very poor notification and they will take any opportunity to increase your rateThey don't care about your work or sleepI got called one time at midnight by their dispatcher
They did not handle my furniture properly and I had severely damaged furnitureThey referred me to their claim department which takes days to get you a decision

Our house is near the college at the edge of Van Nuys, CA and the students park their cars all throughout my neighborhood making it very difficult for you to even get your truck into a spot in front of the house.
As I type this, your crew is still working very hard to finish up before they then drive straight through the night to deliver to our new house in Las Vegas, NV. You people have been great through this entire experience and we really appreciate your help today! Thank you again!
