have regarding Snowshoe and see how we can assist her in the future.I personally left [redacted] different voicemails to contact me in regards to her experience with our reservationist. The first one on 03/03/2016 at or around 3:30pm and the other call we placed on 03/04/2016 at around 9:30am. We have also tried to call and we have also sent her emails prior to this complaint with no luck in reaching out to her. the policy for the rest of our Mountain products is 7-day cancellation policy.After reviewing the policy and what [redacted] received we agree that the policy could be confusing or misinterpreted. We have contacted [redacted] and his family and have come to an agreement on using the money as a credit towards future purchase.Please contact me should additional information be needed.

To whom it may concern: We are in receipt of the attached letter regarding [redacted]  This case is closed at [redacted] has made a future reservation with us and is satisfied that we are honoring the earlier rate he was trying to obtain.

Our standard policy for Snowshoe Season Pass purchases is that they are non-refundable at any time after purchase. We do offer...

Pass Insurance though a 3rd Party Company called Red Sky. This is stated at the time of purchase. Guest have 14 days after purchase to cancel the insurance with no penalty after reviewing the terms and conditions. They are given access to the insurance policy and what it covers to review at time of purchase and have access to the policy on our website. The pass that was purchased is a season long pass and not refundable under the policy because it could not be used 1 week out of the year due to illness. If the illness should keep the guest from using the pass the rest of the year then it is covered. The policy was available from 02/18 2017 to review on our website until 02/01/2018. Our 2018/2019 passes are no longer for sale and that is why the policy cannot be viewed at the present time. However, it is still available on [redacted] has been contacted to review other options we might have to accommodate him, but the full price of the pass is not refundable due to the circumstances described above.Please contact me should additional information be needed.Sincerely,Business Systems Manager Snowshoe Mountain, Inc.

The snow bucks promotion was only valid for the sales of season passes for the 2014-15 season. This promotion was discontinued for the 2015-16 season. If you could provide us where you saw...

this incorrect information we'll do our best to make sure all our public information is correct. If this was displayed on a non-snowshoe site please let us know that URL as well. The MAX pass replaced any resort credit before the sale of 2015-16 passes and we apologize if this wasn't clear. However, the Max pass is a great product if you choose to change your mind.
