Dear Ms [redacted] , This is in response to complaint # [redacted] , regarding the comforter that was cleaned by Snowy White Dry Cleaners, IncThe customer brought in a comforter to be cleaned on October 6, After picking it up, she called to say she was dissatisfied with the smell of the comforterShe said it did not smell cleanShe was told to bring it back to the store & it would be cleaned again at no chargeSnowy White again cleaned the comforterAfter, I smelled it as well as other employees and we all agreed it smelled fresh and cleanWhen the customer returned to pick up the comforter, she said it still smelledShe flew into a rage and began using profanity (“you are xxxx with the wrong person, you are xxxx with the military, I ain’t dealing with no ** man”) At that point I was called on my cell phone & I told my manager (who she called a [redacted] man) to call the policeMy general manager has been with me eleven years and he has been in the industry for over forty yearsWe treat our employees with respect and do not tolerate a customer using profanity or derogatory comments toward themMy family has been in the Dry Cleaning business serving Beaver County since Referring to me as an absentee owner is preposterous as all of my customers would agreeI maintain my office at that location and am there on a daily basis since This comforter was placed near my office, as all items are when a customer is dissatisfiedI followed it through the entire processWhen we are at fault, I don’t hesitate to pay for the damaged items or credit customer accounts In this case, the comforter was cleaned twice and smelled clean & fresh to me & othersThe apology belongs to me and my employees for her behavior and profanityI would not consider refunding her for these reasons Sincerely, Snowy White Dry Cleaners, Inc [redacted] President

Review: I dropped my comforter for cleaning two weeks ago when I picked it up I notice it still smell and was still dirty so I bring it back in as the management had requested. The second time it was still smelling dirty I had notify them that this is the reason I bring it back in and also took them five days to call me to pick it up. They could have said over the phone that it was still smelly and dot dirty. They refused to refund me my money and we got in an agreement all with management I tried to reach out to the owner but she is never there she has others run her business who have no clue how to deal with customers. They had me pay in advance for the cleaning and never informed if they did or did not of have a refund policy or take the time to communicate with me about my comforter and what they did to try to clean it. According to the website they claim and I quote "[redacted] assures that the highest quality standards are met. With constant interaction with General Manager, [redacted], a total quality approach results in unmatched service & impeccable looking garments". Well I did not receive the high quality standers. They claim to say they are false advertising. Please help me get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and an apology for the lack of care and from management I would like an apology for not considering I am the customers concerns and for trying to call the authorities on a me for trying to get what is rightfully mines my money back, not helping to come with an agreement on hoe to talk to the owner and get a refund .
