My story: I brought my Honda Accord in for a coolant leakI explained to the owner, MrMike Salyers that my budget was tight and I needed to have other items checked while his ASE certified mechanics fixed the leakHe patiently listened to my list of concerns with my car, and promised to give me a quote for the things I will need fixed soon
I dropped my car off at am, as soon as they openedMike greeted me and we had our conversationBased on my description of the problem, he was able to give me assurances that I could afford to fix the pressing problem
As I had no way to go home, I fully expected to wait there all dayHowever, Mike had one of his mechanics (Roger) give me a ride back to my home in Mike's truck
I was blown away by this, as I have been to many other places for service on my car, and no one ever even offered such a generous service
Within hours, Mike called to tell me my car was repaired and ready to goAnd He was sending Roger to pick me upAgain, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, and courtesy that Mike showed me
After Roger brought me back to the shop, Mike was polite, concise, and very understanding as we went over the details of the charges and my interest in future repairs on my carHe provided a detailed estimate, and answered all my questions with genuine interest and patience
The level of quality of the repairs they completed on my car was impressive, and I felt like I finally found an honest place to take my vehicle when it is broken
The price I finally paid was 40% less than what the dealership I had purchased the car from quoted meSNS has rates that are very fair and you really do get a great level of service for your dollar
All in all , I could go on and on because as anyone knows who owns a car, it is so refreshing to finally find an honest, trustworthy place to take your vehicle
