I am rejecting this offer because I have taken this car 2 times in which they kept it for 2 days each time and my son had to take it to school 3 hours away. I feel it is necessary now to take it to our own place have it fixed and motorsports pay for it. I can not afford for my son to miss classes due to motorsports lack of fixing it.
I purchased a 2000 Honda Accord from Motorsports of welford , February 2015. When I was buying the car we found a oil leak on top of the head. The agreement was to fix that oil leak. I have a signed piece of paper stating that they will fix it. Within a week of having this car , its transmission started messing up. Then shortly after that the oil started leaking from the same spot that they agreed to fixing. They kept telling me they was going to check about the transmission , or find me a new car to trade. After 2 months of waiting they decided to tell me there is nothing they can do to help me with this car. It also took them over a month to get my tag. By time I got my tag I had to turn around and take it back to the dmv because I couldn't drive the car. So in all I barley got a month of use with the car. They are horrible people who like to play with people's time , money and head. I wouldn't suggest these people to my enemy if I had one. Horrible! I haven't even been able to work for a year because I have no dependable car , something that I went to them in the first place for.

I was not even going to mention how motorsports tried to pull the wool over my eyes with the first car. I payed that repair bill and motorsports told me they couldn't give me anything off the bmw on it. If they did I don't have proof of it. Again I have given them 2 chances to fix the car. I should not have to bring the car to them again.
I ranked this as one star just to get this posted. They charged my account AFTER I had a cancellation confirmation. I called and was forwarded to their review group who then insisited I send them a copy of my bank statement. I pasted it in an email and this wasn't the format they wanted, they wanted a copy of my statement. I sent this covering my account balance....not their business what I have in my account. And they won't refund the 3 fees that occurred because of their charge. I'm DONE!! Now I find out that checks are cut to reimburse customers....but only once a week and then it takes a week to get the check!!! I am now waiting for 3 weeks to get my $$ back. This is insane. DO NOT EVER STAY AT ANY WYNDAM GROUP PROPERTY. I warn you!!
