Customer Service is non-existent
I purchased an item from Snugell.com because they were less expensive and are FSA compliant.
My FSA requested a receipt. I have asked Snugell 3 times for a receipt and have not received any response at all!
I sent an email response to an email that they sent me and filled out a correspondence twice on their website.
I am disappointed that I chose Snugell and will not buy from them again!

lousy customer service
I sold snugells products on amazon and a customer said that the product was a knockoff. I submitted the invoices to amazon to prove that it was a real product but amazon required me to have the supplier (snugell) make changes to the invoice so that it would be up to amazon's invoice standards. I tried to get my invoices for the product I ordered altered for submitting to amazon but snugell only changed one of the things I requested and stated they wouldn't change the invoices any more, providing no reasoning why. Now my amazon account is deactivated and the snugell products that I paid for are at risk of being destroyed by amazon.

Snugell CPAP Distilled Water
I travel frequently for work and Its hard to go to get distilled water for my CPAP machine. Snugell CPAP Water Packs givs me great relief for my nights away, as they come in a handy travel size that will last 5 to 6 nights before needing another pack.
